Founder dashboard for what matters now, what is blocked, and what needs a decision
DASHER FOUNDERS CLUB
The AI command center for founders who need the business to move faster.
We run Dasher internally. After hearing repeated demand from founders, operators, and business owners, AI Persona is opening a limited pilot for 15 companies that want their own implementation.
- Team feedback grouped by product area
- Scope drift flagged before sprint planning
- Founder review queue prepared for bulk processing
WHY THIS EXISTS
Founders do not need another place to store tasks.
They need one place to see what is happening, what is broken, what needs a decision, what the team is testing, and what should happen next.
Dasher is built for the messy middle of running a company: product feedback, internal requests, founder priorities, support issues, project work, follow-ups, testing notes, and team execution.
BUSINESS OPERATING FEATURES
Everything important, closer to your fingertips.
Dasher gives founders and teams a practical operating layer for the information that usually gets trapped in Slack, spreadsheets, email, task boards, meeting notes, and memory.
Daily, weekly, project, and team views that keep priorities visible
Ticket intake for bugs, requests, feedback, testing notes, and internal tasks
AI triage that groups related work, finds duplicates, and adds missing context
Bulk ticket processing so teams can move through large batches faster
Scope Guard to catch drift before work expands beyond the intended commitment
Intentional Inbox and capture workflows for follow-ups that cannot be lost
Operating rhythms, routines, and executive summaries for cleaner execution
AI TICKET ENGINE
Turn team testing chaos into clean, prioritized work.
Dasher is especially useful when multiple people are testing a product, reviewing workflows, or submitting feedback at the same time.
Team members submit tickets
Bugs, requests, QA notes, customer feedback, and product ideas enter one intake flow.
AI cleans the queue
Dasher helps identify duplicates, merge related reports, add missing context, and group tickets by theme.
Priorities become visible
Issues can be scored by urgency, impact, affected users, implementation effort, and founder importance.
Bulk processing gets faster
Teams can summarize, enrich, categorize, and prepare batches of tickets for review or execution.
SECURITY AND CONTROL
AI assistance without giving up operating discipline.
The pilot is designed for real business workflows, not casual experimentation. Security and implementation needs are reviewed before scope is finalized.
Role-aware access planning for founders, operators, reviewers, and contributors
Structured ticket history so decisions and changes are easier to audit
Human review points before AI-assisted output becomes operational action
Configurable workflows for sensitive customer, product, or operational data
Implementation guidance for account ownership, permissions, and handoff controls
FOUNDERS CLUB PRICING
15 companies. Three pilot tiers. Then standard pricing begins.
Regular Dasher implementation pricing is expected to be $20,000+. The Founders Club opens a limited pilot window for teams that want early access, a guided implementation, and a voice in shaping the service.

Next 5
$7,500Second cohort
Final 5

TYPICAL FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS
Clear expectations before anyone joins the pilot.
Limited to 15 Founders Club implementations.
Seat pricing is first-qualified, first-scheduled after written acceptance and payment.
Founders Club pricing covers an implementation of the pilot operating system, not unlimited custom software development.
Standard implementation pricing is expected to start at $20,000+ after the pilot window.
Pilot members agree to provide structured feedback during implementation and early use.
AI Persona may request permission to use anonymized learnings, metrics, or a public testimonial; approval is optional and handled separately.
Third-party tools, hosting, data migration, custom integrations, and regulated-data requirements may affect scope.
If the fit is not right, AI Persona may decline the application and recommend a different service path.
